Hahuu is an app where breaks become quiet rituals, designed for young women navigating the shift from school to work. Rooted in the realities of revenge sleep procrastination (RSP), Hahuu reframes rest not as a reward, but as a right — one that’s scheduled, protected, and celebrated.

The app adapts to each user’s routine using gentle, rhythm-based anchors that respond to energy levels and hormonal cycles, creating a personalised experience grounded in care. It recognises that emotions aren’t always simple, and offers break suggestions that gently respond to the full, tangled range of feelings users select in-app.
Instead of demonising the phone, Hahuu embraces it as a familiar space, reimagining it as a tool for care, not distraction. Because here, rest isn’t a detour, but a destination.
Hello! I’m Adele.
I grew up doodling in sketchbooks and colouring on walls—and somewhere along the way, that playful curiosity grew into a desire to design experiences that feel meaningful, thoughtful, and maybe even a little magical.
My work sits where psychology, storytelling, and thoughtful design come together. I’m drawn to the quiet moments that often go unnoticed, the feelings in between the lines, and I try to shape experiences that gently guide, support, or make space for reflection.
Design has taught me to slow down, listen closer, and see the world not just as a series of tools and templates, but as something shaped deeply by people and their patterns.

As I step into what’s next, I’m excited to keep creating with intention, growing through collaboration, and carrying that sense of wonder into every new chapter! :)
