CORE is a gentle, character-driven mental wellness app designed to support young adults in Singapore through their daily routines. Grounded in emotional sensitivity, it provides anonymous, location-based connection, self-reflection tools, and expressive features—without overwhelming the user.

Developed in response to the increasing mental health strain on youths aged 18–29, CORE responds to a lack of personalisation and warmth in existing services. Characters like Cosmo, Rolly, and Evie serve as emotional anchors throughout the day. By embedding care into everyday moments, CORE aims to reduce stigma, create safe spaces, and foster a culture of support without needing to “speak up.”
Hi, I’m Irfan — a UI/UX designer with a background in game design, based in Singapore. I focus on crafting thoughtful, intuitive interfaces that balance usability with personality. My approach is grounded in understanding people’s real needs: identifying their problems, then building purposeful solutions around them. With my roots in interaction design and visual storytelling, I explore how mechanics and narrative structure can shape more engaging, human-centred digital products. Currently, I’m looking to grow through collaborative, impact-driven projects that challenge both creativity and function.
