Balanced Goals Framework

Many corporate employees in Singapore have expressed feeling pressured to conform to societal standards where success is measured by wealth, job titles, and power. This often leads to stress, burnout, and a lack of personal fulfillment. In response, this project empowers individuals to redefine success on their own terms, centering growth, authenticity, and balance.
The goal-setting book is designed to help employees cultivate a habit of setting and achieving small, meaningful goals while reflecting on their progress. Through guided prompts and intentional reflection, it encourages a mindset shift from external validation to internal fulfilment. By prioritising personal growth alongside professional development, individuals are better equipped to thrive in their careers without sacrificing their well-being. This book is more than a productivity tool. It’s a space to build self-awareness, and embrace a more holistic, sustainable version of success.
I'm an aspiring communication designer who is naturally curious and always full of questions. As a communication designer, I value the importance of identifying problems and using storytelling and creative direction to address them. As a designer, I gravitate toward problems that feel unsolvable. Even if a solution isn't clear or not feasible, I enjoy challenging myself to find new ways of thinking and addressing what others might overlook.

In my free time, I read reddit threads, books, and scroll through TikTok, listening to people yap about their day-to-day struggles. This is also where I draw a lot of inspiration from.
