This project tackles rising digital fraud and human trafficking in Southeast Asia through an immersive 90-minute escape room experience. Designed for young professionals and social media users, players take on the role of a video crew invited to film at the 'Golden Wave' base, only to uncover a trafficking syndicate exploiting AI deepfakes.

Across five themed rooms—from a suspicious pool party to a digital shrine—players solve puzzles using RFID chips, Morse code, and dark web simulations to expose scams and rescue victims. Multi-sensory elements like props, lighting, and audio heightened realism, while decision-making moments determine escape or entrapment.

The escape room merges gamification with social impact, transforming passive awareness into active learning. Post-game discussions and educational materials enhance participants’ understanding of fraud tactics, empowering participants to recognise real-world dangers. By blending experiential storytelling with tangible anti-fraud protocols, the project aims to foster social consciousness and self-protection in an engaging, memorable format.
