Unite is a design response to the invisible challenges introverts face in professional environments dominated by extroverted norms. The project introduces Unite, a desktop app built to help managers recognise and amplify the strengths of diverse personality types. Backed by MBTI, StrengthsFinder, and DISC frameworks, Unite translates personality insights into practical tools — like asynchronous brainstorms, personalised engagement invites, and a Spotlight Board for recognition. A key feature is the Inclusive Evaluation Mode, created in response to feedback from managers who described current appraisal processes as overly informal and inconsistent. This mode provides structured, editable appraisal templates tailored to each team member’s personality profile, paired with 360-degree feedback to ensure fair, holistic assessments. By making performance evaluations more thoughtful and personalised, Unite helps build a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
As a creative designer, I’m always curious about how people experience the world and how design can make those experiences smoother or more meaningful. I focus on creating work that’s practical and visually engaging, but I’m also drawn to the small details — the little moments that can make a big difference in how people feel or interact with something.
I like taking the time to think things through, but I also work well in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly while staying true to the overall vision. To me, design isn’t just about fixing problems; it’s about helping people in ways that might not always be obvious at first, whether that’s simplifying something complicated or making someone feel seen in a way that they hadn’t expected. It’s those moments that I think often matter the most.
