IT TAKES ONE

CAMPAIGN
IT TAKES ONE is a visual campaign that responds to the toxic culture experienced by Indonesian players in Valorant. It shows how toxicity can start with just one hurtful comment, but also how one person choosing to speak up can change the outcome. The campaign encourages players not to stay silent or become bystanders, but to respond with calm and respect when faced with harassment. Through in-game posters, a digital zine, and targeted messaging, this project aims to build a more inclusive space where positive action feels possible–even if it starts small.
I’m an introverted graphic designer who values honesty, clarity, and good planning. I like working on my own because it helps me focus, but I’ve also learned through this course that working with others is sometimes necessary, even when it’s tough. I’m the kind of person who believes in doing things properly and on time, and I try to approach every project with a clear mind and a positive attitude. Design, to me, isn’t just about looking nice–it has to make sense and serve a purpose. I’ve grown a lot throughout this course, especially in how I tell stories through design. What drives me the most is seeing my work being appreciated. I love when I can see it physically printed or used in the real world. That’s what makes all the effort feel worth it.
